Title FACTS Program 
Abstract FACTS stands for Faculty Activities Tabulation System, a method of storing in a database all faculty activities for a specified period of time. The system features prompted input of virtually all types of typical faculty activities. The system then allows summary of data from a department or unit to the chair or Dean. The program must be transferred from the PC to the web. Much of this work has been done, but proofing the printing process remains. Once the system is on the web, faculty and department chairs will be asked to use the system to set up their vita, including annual activities records. This will be summarized for the relevant department chairs.
