Seismic Rehabilitation Training for One- and Two-Family Dwellings

Seismic rehabilitation of one- and two-family dwellings can turn a modest investment into increased safety for dwelling occupants, reduced structural damage, and increased likelihood of dwelling habitability following an earthquake. This training targets contractors, building department personnel, architects and engineers, to develop a common understanding of vulnerable building configurations, seismic rehabilitation priorities, and available resources for rehabilitation design and installation.
